Yes. To complete the registration of a new account, the users must validate the email ID by clicking the link sent from the email connect@blueproc.com under the subject ' BlueProc Welcome Mail' or ’BlueProc Reverification Mail'.

Why I have not received Verification Email?

If you did not receive the Verification email, check your spam folder, or check that you entered the correct email address or add the email connect@blueproc.com to your address book before you register.

Why am I receiving “Complete your Profile” alert?

Accepted Answer

Users will be allowed to publish in Procure or in Promote only after the updating of the required details in the profile page. If the user did not update the details, there should be an alert indicating to update the details on the profile page.

How do I complete my registration?

Accepted Answer

Go to Edit Profile and fill all mandatory fields to compete the profile. You will be asked to upload Profile Picture and Business logo, and you must briefly describe (in 60 words) your business under About Us. If asked add additional mandatory fields to complete your registrations.

In Web App: Go to dashboard > select Edit Profile
In Android App: Go to menu on top left corner > Click on Profile Picture Or Dashboard > You will land in Dashboard > Select gear icon on top right corner > you will be at Edit Profile
In iOS App: Go to Profile > Click on profile icon on bottom left corner > Click on Dashboard or profile picture > You will land in Dashboard > Select gear icon on top right corner > you will be at Edit Profile.

In Web App: Go to top right corner, click on arrow next to your profile picture > Scroll down to find Log out.
In Android App: Go to menu > Select Profile Picture > Select gear button on top right corner > in profile page scroll down to find Log out.
In iOS App: Go to Profile from bottom right corner > in profile page scroll down to find Log out.
