Job Description

The role is to improve, develop and qualify the B2B platform.

 

 

  Tasks & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product manager and with developers to develop, and improve the platform.

• Responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the platform functionalities.

• Support in developing futuristic features and quality control of the deliverables. 

• Test new features to ensure quality for release.

• Understand the technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensures the development team is set up for success.

 

 

  Desired Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 

• 2-4 years of working experience in a similar position.

• Practical & recent experience in PHP frameworks (Yii and Laravel )  

• Experience in the design and development of RESTful APIs to ensure a fast & frictionless update of the platform.

• Experience in handling & querying relational databases (e.g. MySQL)

• Experience in writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the codebase.

• Experience in current cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platforms).

• Technical development of the backend with modern web technologies.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.

• Application development skills using Angular, React or Vue.js

• Collaborate with iOS and Android engineers to synchronize platforms.

• Team Player and a high level of creativity.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Proficient English language knowledge. The German language is an added advantage.
