Besides, we obtain the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to specific pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (Ref: PayPal and Stripe), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.


Privacy Policy and Terms of Services applies to the use of the BlueProc services and the utilization of all offered services on the BlueProc platform. The privacy policy applied refers to the policy available online at the BlueProc platform at the time of a user’s specific visit, or at the time of the specific to use of BlueProc services.

2.     How and What information we collect?


When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for specific reasons as stated in this Privacy Policy.


To use the BlueProc procurement and promotional platform, the user must register using a valid email. The personal information is required to provide all the services. If you refuse to provide your personal information when needed, we may not be able to provide certain services, such as marking your account as a “verified” account. When you make a transaction on the BlueProc website and Apps, as part of the process, we collect personal information. Personal information means information that can directly or indirectly be linked to a person.  The information about IP numbers and user behavior when using the services may also constitute personal information. We may also receive your personal information from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, networked connections, and other third parties.  Upon request, you/ user could refuse to divulge your personal information, this may affect access to certain areas of the services and completely block your account and access to the BlueProc platform.


We do location-based services and location-based searches. To publish information on your location, we may collect the physical location of your device. We may collect this information using Global Positioning System (GPS) a satellite-based navigation system on your cell phone or communication tower or Wi-Fi signals. In some instances, you may be permitted to allow or deny such collection and use of your device’s location. However, this may restrict the functionality of BlueProc services.


 


3.    Why do we collect such personal information?


The collection of personal and non-personal information to provide optimal offerings and to operate BlueProc services. This information is essential to ensure to our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support and is necessary to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages. We need the information to create aggregated statistical data to analyze platform performance, user behavior, interests, and other analytics.  Non-personal Information, which our business partners or we may use to provide and improve our services offerings and to comply with any applicable laws and regulations. We may use collected personal information to provide services to you in connection with your activities in the BlueProc platform or other mentioned services such as consultancy and training in the areas of IoT, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing. If you submit any personal information relating to other people to us or our service providers in connection with the services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information by this Privacy Policy.


User information is essential to recognize the user and to ensure the delivery of the service that the user has requested. BlueProc will also store information when the user contacts, for example, when the user e-mails the BlueProc customer support. BlueProc may anonymously use and aggregate the collected user information during such events to improve its services and offerings. Also, through server logs and other tracking tools we may collect user’s device, operating system, browser version, IP addresses, cookies, and other unique identifiers internet connection, The technical information is usually processed as aggregated data in order to analyze how the BlueProc services are used.


Registering in the BlueProc platform, logging in, listing, procuring, promoting, subscribing, messaging, viewing, liking, following, commenting, or any available transactions are collected anonymously by the BlueProc to monitor the platform performance, and to plot other KPIs, such as total users, logged In users, published listings, and so on. BlueProc uses the collected data to prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent activities, and improve overall user experience. And to enhance personalized services and recommendations. When the user login to BlueProc platforms, we apply various technologies, identifiers to recognize the user. BlueProc websites use “cookies” to enable all functionalities its websites, Blueproc Apps to facilitate the use of the page. For example, cookies used to identify the user and to proceed with the last logins. BlueProc may also store anonymous identifiers locally on the user’s device, especially mobile devices that are incapable of using cookies.


 


4.    How do we store, use, share, and disclose site visitors' personal information?


In occasional cases and on need basic we may disclose the personal information which we collect from you as we believe necessary and appropriate, including, but not limited to, using and disclosing personal information for the following purposes: to protect people or property, to protect our services, rights or property, to comply with legal requirements, to respond to legal process or law enforcement requests and to comply with requests from other public and government authorities.


For the BlueProc platform advertising purpose, we may use the photos or images you uploaded in BlueProc; We may also use your username and location associated with your posts.  BlueProc may advertise in any or all digital media, social media, or any media.  In occasional cases and on need basic we may disclose the personal information which we collect from you as we believe necessary and appropriate, including, but not limited to, using and disclosing personal information for the following purposes: to protect people or property, to protect our services, rights or property, to comply with legal requirements, to respond to legal process or law enforcement requests and to comply with requests from other public and government authorities.


The main website www.blueproc.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us: the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 5.    How do we communicate with site visitors?


We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Our Platform collects your data during the registration of an account and in with subsequent use of the services. 6.    Registration and Memberships


Registration is mandatory to use the BlueProc platform to avoid or reduce the threat of scammers and spammers, in order to ease the registration user has two options to create an account, either by providing us your e-mail address or your social media account. Social media account includes login using Facebook or Log-In using Google Account or LinkedIn account.  We may also collect information, including phone number, birthday, and gender. In case you choose to register using a social media account, you authorize us to access and use certain information depending on the privacy settings that you have selected in the social network. Examples of personal data or information that we compile and use include your necessary account information (e.g., name, email address, gender, birthday, current city, profile picture, user ID, list of friends, etc.) and any other additional information or activities that you permit the third party social network to share. We may require you to provide us information such as a profile picture, name and surname, username and email address, physical address for purposes of making available that information on the App and the Website.


If you create your account using Facebook or Google Sign account or LinkedIn, which means you are allowing BlueProc to accesses only the user data, which is saved in your Facebook or Google Profile or LinkedIn. And the user agrees to share this information with the BlueProc during the registration process. This permission can be revoked at any time through your Facebook or Google account or LinkedIn account. BlueProc does not have access to the users’ Facebook or Google or LinkedIn Login data. BlueProc is not liable or responsible for wrong or unauthorized data transfers from Facebook or Google or LinkedIn.


You can also create your account using a valid E-Mail. After registration, the user must verify the email ID, by clicking the link sent to the registered email. If you are not received the email, please check in spam. The email should be sent from connect@blueproc.com. The registration process allows BlueProc to accesses the data of the user, which includes the full name of the user, email address, mobile number, and address.


A mobile number is required for SMS confirmation and is also necessary to verify the users and to provide a “Verified” account tag. Users must ensure that the profile data given are correct and complete, and you should be the legal and natural owner of Facebook, Or Google Or LinkedIn account or email ID and of the provided mobile number. 

 


 
7.    Publicly visible information


You must note that that any information you post or disclose through the services will become public and may be available to other users and the general public. We urge you to be very careful when deciding to disclose any information on the services.  For example, you could volunteer to disclose or hide your registered phone number. Please note that your username and your public photo will be available to the Internet's general public while you participate in some services, such as publishing products, so you should exercise discretion when using the services. Personal information disclosed by you may be collected by other users of such services and may result in unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for protecting such information that you may disclose to third parties through our services. For example, sending your telephone number, address to another user through the services.

We may contact you or send communications via Email or Push notification to inform you about our products, services, offers, or any commercial or advertising content related to the company. If you wish not to receive marketing emails from us, you can always opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such emails or intimating us over email connect@blueproc.com. Please note that even if you opt-out from receiving commercial communications, you may still receive administrative communications from BlueProc, such as password reset, transaction confirmations, notifications about your account activities like account confirmations, change of personal information, and any other important announcements. We may also send you to push notifications to announce any changes or events or special offers.
 

 


9.    Options to enhance user experiences


BlueProc is free to register platform, which comes with free and basic categories, under which the user can publish the relevant information in Procure and Promote. If we find any irrelevant ads or posts, BlueProc will keep the right to disable the user accounts. However, to enrich the user experience and to avoid spam or fake posts, we made limited free publishing. That means the platform comes limited free publishing.  User has options to subscribe by paying a minimum fee and by choosing one of the plans. A subscription is a must to publish unlimited listings in BlueProc.
The user has post boost options. In procuring you have ‘Urgent’ tag and in promoting you have ‘Prime’ tag to highlight your listings. These are highlights to boost your listings. The promoted listings will be positioned at prime locations to attract potential partners and deals. In the BlueProc website, you can see your recent searches. BlueProc may also serve content and recommendations based on user activities; for example, recommendations based on popularity among users. 


The easy-to-use filter option shortens your search process. Whenever you publish a procurement request or a Promotional item in BlueProc, please take extra care and select the right category for your items. In order to enhance the user experience, it is necessary to identify the user locations. This allows other users to search and make faster deals. While publishing user has an exclusive option to exclude or include publishing locations.  BlueProc may also use your networked user’s personal information to personalize your experience. Primarily to user experience in connection with industry, type of procurements & promotions. BlueProc processes the user information to deliver, improve and develop its services, to provide recommendations, offerings, to identify and to notify of market trends, and to preventing, limiting, and investigating abuse of the BlueProc services.


BlueProc uses the user’s experience and searches criteria to improve its services. For example, search criteria, using filter options, registration, login and payment processes, and so forth. The analysis is usually carried out anonymously at an aggregated rate. BlueProc may also use identifiable data to provide technical support and to understand how uses our services. To improve BlueProc services and to detect and analyze errors, BlueProc uses a few of the tracking-tools to traces user behavior independently as well as via third-party suppliers (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase). BlueProc may also inform the user about changes to or improvements of the services by using a registered email address or through push notifications. Also, the user will occasionally receive the BlueProc newsletter. If available, the newsletter could be unsubscribed by clicking on the unsubscribe link or writing to connect@blueproc.com.  Push notifications cannot be turned off now. Push notification traffic will be very less. In case of any issues with push notifications, we encourage users to reach us through the mentioned email ids.


In order to display personalized advertisements on the Services,  the shared information, such as birthday, gender,  internet service provider (ISP), geolocation, language, interests, can be shared anonymously or collected automatically by the advertising network operators such as Google, Facebook, and or other comparable providers to enhance your experience and benefits.


BlueProc may analyses data to understand market trends to improve, develop, and customize experiences. The analysis can be carried out by BlueProc or by third-party data processors or tools that may process the user information on behalf of the BlueProc under too strict data processing agreements that maintain data confidentiality and integrity.  To prevent, limit, or to investigate abuse of the BlueProc services, we use the collected information to restrict various forms of exploitation, misuse of our services. The activities include, but not limited to, fraudulent activities, denial of service attacks, spamming, unauthorized logins, and other actions that violate our Terms and Conditions or are prohibited by law.

 


 
10.    What non-personal information do we collect from you?


In some instances, we may automatically collect certain non-personal information about your use of the BlueProc services. We collect and aggregate information to provide and to ensure the best services and to enable proper functioning of the website and the Apps.  We may collect information about your browser or device, app usage data, and gather the information through GPS, IP Address, pixel tags, cookies, and other technologies.


The information may include app usage data, such as the date and time of an associated app, like download, the information, files you have transacted, and your device number.  The information may also automatically collect via your browser or your device or App when you downloaded and started using the App. We may collect the information through Media Access Control address, via your computer type, such as  Windows or Macintosh, device manufacturer, and model, the screen resolution, language and language settings, type of Internet browser name, browser version, and App version you downloaded to use. We may also collect the information of the operating system, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and your "click path" through the Sites or the App. We may also collect the IP address, to calculate the usage level, to capture your approximate location, to diagnose server usage, speed, problems, and other administering purposes.


We may collect non-personal information when you voluntarily provide them to us while registration or communication to us, such as your preferred method of communication. When required, we may aggregate personal information. During aggregation, we do not personally identify you or any users. While aggregating, we may use personal information to calculate the percentage of our users under zip code. On a requirement basic, we may utilize or disclose non-personal information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. We understand that privacy and discreetness are crucial to our Applicants, and are committed to keep Applicants Information private and use it solely for BlueProc ’s internal recruitment purposes (including for identifying Applicants, evaluating their applications, making hiring and employment decisions, and contacting Applicants by phone or in writing).


Please note that BlueProc may retain Applicants Information submitted to it for no longer than two years after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done so we can re-consider Applicants for other positions and opportunities at BlueProc; so we can use their Applicants Information as reference for future applications submitted by them; and if the Applicant is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to his/her work at BlueProc.

13.    Payment Gateways - PayPal and/or Stripe


BlueProc uses ‘PayPal’ and ‘Stripe’ payment platforms to receive payments or to avail transaction benefits to the user. PayPal Or Stripe collectively referred henceforth as ‘Payment Gateways’. When a user makes a payment to avail BlueProc services like subscription, boosting the listings, your personal information will be stored and/or shared with ‘Payment Gateway’. The billing details entered in the form by a user during the check-in process will not be shared with the ‘Payment Gateway’. Payment Gateway will save the seller’s billing details in the check-in form for the duration of the seller’s contractual relationship with the BlueProc or Associated services, to make the payment process easier for the seller. The address entered the form by a user during the checkout process will be shared with ‘Payment Gateway’ with the user’s explicit consent, as it is a requirement to be fully covered by ‘Payment Gateway’s’ Buyer Protection.

The deletion request will be processed within 45 days, which we need to check and verify pending transactions, subscription duration. Due to this reason, we do not avail of automated account deletion services. Once the account is disabled or deleted, we will intimate the user accordingly.

BlueProc will take conservative measures, including but not limited to organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information within our organization. Website or Internet transmission is, however, not completely secure. Thus, BlueProc cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Your use of the Apps and Services is at your own risk. BlueProc appeals to you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by memorizing your password or keeping it in a safe place. 18.    Integrated Third-party services


This Privacy Policy does not address, and hence BlueProc not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link. BlueProc uses a third-party payment service to process payments subscription payments and to facilitate online payment between users. If you wish to subscribe or to make a payment through integrated third party payment gateways, your personal information may be collected by such third party and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over and are not responsible for, this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.


BlueProc may receive or collect user information from other sources such as partners, ad networks, and third parties to help BlueProc and to understand user activity, behavior, and preferences. This information is collected to improve the BlueProc offerings and to improve your ad preferences.  As an example of this, when the user creates a user account by connecting the Facebook account or Google account or LinkedIn account, this may extract necessary profile information of the user/you. By clicking the ads of advertising partners, you may also share information about what happened after you had clicked on an advertisement on the BlueProc platform.  Likewise, BlueProc or its associated websites or apps can measure the impact of a commercial and provide more relevant content or ads. The analysis is usually carried out anonymously and at an aggregated level.


 


19.    Retention of Personal Information


BlueProc will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes framed in this Privacy Policy unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law. Users can revoke usage by sending emails to support@blueproc.com

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of fourteen, and we request that they not provide personal information through the Services.
