Publish
To procure the required technology supplies or to promote technology competence user should publish the details using Publish. Clicking on Publish navigates the user to choose either procure or promote.
Procure
By selecting this option, users could publish a procurement request. For example, if a buyer looking for a supplier to outsource their engineering or manufacturing tasks to external suppliers. The buyer needs to fill the mandatory fields, which include procurement details, locations, and other required details. Additionally, the buyer has the option to upload the related documents to provide additional details.
Promote
This option is to publish a promotion, which may include offering technology services or solutions or promoting a product. The user should keep a banner or a quality image ready to upload in a promotion. The buyer should fil te mandatory fields and key in three #tags which are best describe the offerings and competencies.
Control Location
Decide strategic locations to receive the offers for your procurements or leads for your promotions. Control your supplier or buyer locations before you get offers from around the world. While publishing a listing, the user can restrict the procure or promotion running and displaying countries by switching on Include or Exclude option. Include option is to target the desired strategic locations only, Exclude option is to avert undesirable display locations. If you wish to publish world-wide, keep this option open.
Boosting
The user has the option to boost the post to get extras mileage for the listings published in Procure and in Promote.
Urgent
Optionally, the user can purchase an urgent tag to convey the urgency of the requirements. The urgent tag boosts the prominence to get the best offers for the published procurement requests and to attract more potential suppliers to increase competition.
Prime
To generate more leads tag prime for promotional listings. The Prime tag gives extra mileage and the listing will be positioned at prime locations to attract more potential buyers. Prime tag Extend the reach and performance

Smart Filters
To ease the search, Blueproc adapted smart filter options, which eases the search for a supply. The user can choose to Procure to find all procurement requests or Promote to see all the promotions. Under procure and promote users can select a segment and narrow down to the sectors. To deselect the selection, click on the selected item or refresh the filter by clicking on BlueProc Logo.
From the BlueProc header, the user can search by supply or search by worldwide/ country-specific listings.
Listing Details
Clicking on a Procure or Promote listings will navigate to the listing detail (Listing view page) which shows all the details of the post, which includes the description of the listings, supply condition, Name of the published company, Industry, brief description of the company or the bussiness, Listing published locations and country. It also shows publisher details, which also shows the number of listings published by the publisher, follower & followings. Clocking on the publisher profile picture navigate to the publisher profile. The listing detail page has also the option to report the post, comment, like, share, and follow the publisher. The publishers have the option to edit the listings after the publications.
Procure
In addition to the above, the supplied additional details of the procurement requests are downloadable by using the Download Details button. The offer can be trigger using Make an Offer and the proposals can be resubmitted using Send Proposal after receiving proposal request from the publishers/buyers.
Promote
Promote listing viewing page has two functional buttons Interested and Enquiry to make the promotions more interactive, to generate the leads, and to get prequalified by the buyers of the service, solutions, or products promoted.
Sharing
Sharing options available in Android and iOS Apps to share the procure and promote listing on social media or via email with other contacts to gain extra coverage for published listings.
Insights
BlueProc platform provides useful insights into your publications. Both the publishers and the requester can get an overview of the reach.
Views
This feature shows the total number of views of the published listings to both publishers as well to other users.
Comments
This is the option to comment or ask a question on the listings. Which will be viewed to all the users. The publisher can track the comments for their listings under this feature. An option similar to commenting on social media.
Likes
To engage the users and to get a notification, BlueProc facilitates the like options for the published listings. Which also provides positive feedback to the publishers as well to other users.
Follows
Users could follow each other to get to know each other better. Following will promote to get notifications whenever the followed partners publish a Procurement request or Publish a promotional listing.
Procuring
The main function of the BlueProc platform. The option which deals with procuring and offering technology services, solutions, and products. Users as buyers of the technology services, solutions, and products can publish a procurement request and get offers. Also as a supplier make offers for published procurement requests.
Procures
Getting offers to the published technology services, solutions, or product procurement requests. Functional feature to track received offers. The offers received to user published procurement requests are found under Offers Received and the negotiations are carried out from here.
Offers Made
Offering technology services, solutions, and products to published procurement requests. Functional features to track offers made by the users as a requester to buyer's procurement requests. The offers made to procurement requests are found in My Procures and the negotiations are carried out from here.
Proposal Status
This is the feature to track the status of offers received for the published procure requests and also to track the progress of the offers made by the users to other procurement requests.
Users can view the status by clicking the listing. In both 'Procures' and 'Offers made' users can see the status like 'Reply Pending', ' Proposal Pending', Waiting for Reply', 'Proposal in Review', and 'Deal Done' or Expired. This feature is to provide insights and update the stages of the transaction. Which also notify the user to request a proposal, send a proposal, review, and close the deals.
Promotions
The function to promote the competences which ease the publishers to get to connect with the requester to qualify the leads.
Incoming
Promotions publishers can find all the leads generated for the published promotions here. Promotion publishers can quantify the leads by accepting or declining the requests and proceed to the next steps of collaborations.
Outgoing
On the other hand, the user could show interest in the promotions published by other users. As a requester, all the prompted requested will be found under the outgoing.
Messaging
BlueProc platform offers instant messaging services to ease the communications between the users on a selected Procure or Promote. This feature makes users to keep all the communication in one platform and not to switch between other messaging platforms. The messaging feature also offers chat templates to quickly convey the messages.
Notifications
BlueProc platform will send the notification to make the users to quickly promote the responses to the specific topics. The notifications include, whenever you receive an offer to your procure or promote, when someone likes or comment on your listings, when someone follows you, when followed users publish new listings, and when receiving push notifications from the BlueProc team.
Dashboard
BlueProc dashboard shows all the features and links to carry out platform functions. Users can edit the profile, see the published listings under procure and promote, likes, followers and followings. The links to procurement and offer negotiation, Promotions transactions, to view to boosted postings and history, to heck active subscriptions and subscription history. In Android and iOS app has the option to invite friends.
User Verifications
Verify to become a trusted partner. Users must verify the registered email to complete the registration of the new account. Users can also verify the mobile number, and at your own contest, can show to the public and activate direct calling option.
Reporting
Reporting is the option to keep the platform safe and away from irrelevant or unethical listings. Users can use this option to report such listings.
Subscription
BlueProc platform allows users to publish a few free listings under Procure and Promote. After crossing the limits, the user must subscribe to publish unlimited listings. Under subscription, user can find active and expired subscriptions.
Invite Friends
This is the feature to invite your network to the BlueProc platform. This feature allows users to invite friends, colleagues, partners to the BlueProc platform via email or WhatsApp or using Facebook messenger.
Reviews & Ratings
After the successful transaction of a procurement deal or generating a lead under Promote, both the parties have the option to write the review and rate the deals. This feature will enhance user's credibilities.
